Refund & Cancellation Policy


At FullyDigitalMedia, we maintain a transparent approach to payments and refunds due to the nature of digital services.


1. No-Refund Policy
Once a project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, payments made are non-refundable. This is because time, effort, and planning are invested immediately after onboarding.


2. Before Project Initiation
If a client chooses to cancel before the project has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or consultation charges.


3. Ongoing Services (Retainers)
For ongoing or monthly services, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current active cycle once work has begun.


4. Exceptional Cases
In rare situations where services are not delivered as agreed, we may review the case and offer a partial refund or service adjustment at our discretion.


5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
